Social Activities & Community Clubs

The following local groups get together regularly at the library and welcome new members. Should your organization be interested in using our meeting rooms, our rental rates and rules are available online.

Friends of the Uniontown Public Library

This organization supports the Uniontown Public Library and is open to any interested member of the public. To learn more about the Friends, visit their page on our website.

The Friends meet the second Monday of the month at 1:00 PM from September to June. There are no meetings in July, August, or December.

Uniontown Scrabble Club

Membership in this club is free and players of all skill levels, ages 14 and up, are welcome to attend. Refreshments are served at the meetings.

The Scrabble Club meets in the second floor Meeting Rooms on the third Monday of the month from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Senior Bookworms

The Bookworms meet to discuss books of interest each month and welcome all interested adults. Snacks are served at each meeting with different members taking turns.

This club meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 11:00 AM. There are no meetings in November and December.
